Restaurant Week

Our team consists of our head chef, Joesph Collier and his wife Liz, Tim and Dawn Callahan.
Combined we bring to the table over 40 years of restaurant experience.  Each in their own way, they individually incorporate their skills and talents, which round out Fresco to bring you the best!

We strive to use only the freshest ingredients available to bring you a burst of flavor in every dish!  All of our dishes are made from scratch along with all of our sauces.  Some to choose from are our homemade Rojo, Verde, and of course the house favorite:  Mole!
Accompanied by the meals are house made Margaritas, (15 to choose from with the freshest fruits available) i.e. Strawberry, Blueberry, Banana, Melba, Peach, and many more!
We also feature pitchers of Margarita's and Sangria's!  There is a large selection of Mexican Ice Cold Beer as well!  We feature one of the largest Tequila Bars in Connecticut!

Our staff strides to be only the best, catering to your best dining experience!  Fully knowledgeable and experienced, they will be happy to walk you threw the menu, explain the specials, and offer suggestions!
